For Business Owners: If you submit a listing or claim a business profile on our Services, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of the information you provide. You warrant that you have the authority to represent the business you are listing.

Third-Party Links: Our directories contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by nears.me. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website from our Services, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that these Terms and our Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The nears.me name, logo, visual design, and all content created by us, including the text, graphics, and arrangement of our websites, are the exclusive property of nears.me and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User/Business Content: By submitting content to our Services (e.g., business name, description, photos for a business listing), you grant nears.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content in connection with the Services and for promoting the Services.
